Jiayunkang's high-voltage and high-current connectors feature a V0 flame retardant rating and comprehensive shielding design. Their modular structure enables customers to flexibly configure series and parallel schemes, and they can be optionally equipped with a high-voltage interlock (HVIL) function that automatically disconnects the circuit before plugging or unplugging, ensuring the safety of the operators absolutely.
In the field of electric vehicle charging, the requirements for connectors of AC slow charging piles and DC fast charging piles are completely different. Jiayunkang provides full-stack solutions for gun heads, in-pile connections and cable assemblies. The fast-charging gun head needs to transmit hundreds of amperes of current within a short period of time. Jiayunkang adopts a liquid cooling channel design and high thermal conductivity materials to effectively manage temperature rise. Its sealing performance reaches IP67/IP55 (when connected/when plugged and unplugged), ensuring safe operation in rainy and snowy weather.
